Gary Ellerd-Elliott - Founder & CEO
A property investor and landlord since 2006, Gary has experienced and come through the turbulent uncertainty and fallout that the property world has been through over the past decade and remains passionate about property and the returns it can afford over other assets.
Having worked in the corporate world since his early twenties, at the age of 33 he found himself working as a customer service manager within Barclays Wealth Management, when in 2006 he took the massive step to leave his role and go into property investing full time. Within two years he had amassed a residential portfolio of 45 properties with a value of £5 million.
He now provides a deal sourcing and packaging service as well as joint venturing with other investors on small to medium size developments.
“ My primary focus is to help others achieve financial independence through property and to show them how to do it correctly and sustainably”.
As an expert of the local property market he regularly attends local business and property networking events and has spoken at the Northampton PPN and been interviewed by Rob Moore of Progressive Property.
Jo Ellerd-Elliott - Company Director
Jo's background in sales & admin then took her forward in her career where she worked for 12 years within the hotel sales industry starting out as a conference co-ordinator and working her way up to sales manager level.
After leaving hotels to reduce her hours and spend more time with family Jo began her journey into property, after a few years she then became self-employed and worked alongside husband Gary in setting up their sourcing and property investment company aswell as qualifying as an Interior Designer and having another child.
in 2018 Jo & Gary then began their next venture together and set up 3eHub offering serviced offices and support to businesses and entrepreners where Jo is Company Director and works primarily on the Sales & Marketing side and where they also continue to run their property business from.

Laura is our newest member of the team, she has worked as an administrator for 10 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to us at 3e Hub.
She has completed a range of Business, Admin and Customer Service NVQ’s which she makes use of daily.
Keen to learn more about the property side of things within the business; her organisation, willingness to learn and ambition makes for a great future for Laura here at the hub.
